Why I wrote this book...

As an avid reader and someone who has worked in fitness and wellbeing for over a decade, I found that many self-help books were often filled with unnecessary fluff, making it challenging to get the valuable insights efficiently. Fuelled by a desire to create a concise and impactful book and a passion for reading and self-development I decide to take a crack at writing.

My goal was simple: to write a book that I, as an enthusiastic reader and someone who loves personal growth, would genuinely want to read. I aimed to deliver content that cuts straight to the point, avoiding unnecessary information, ensuring that reader could easily grasp and apply the practical advice shared within its pages.

In essence, my book is a reflection of my passion and commitment to providing a straightforward and valuable guide for those on a quest for a healthy and happier life.
